Requirement for job

Delivery Service Driver
The Delivery Driver, reporting to the Delivery Manager, will be responsible for ensuring timely and polite product deliveries, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service. This role necessitates a customer-oriented delivery specialist who can be entrusted with handling customer interactions. They should also maintain a friendly and professional demeanor, adhere to punctuality requirements, and consistently fulfill the responsibilities of the role. Additionally, this position may involve assisting in-store tasks and preparing deliveries as time permits.
Perform deliveries to various client locations, including facilities and homes, following Delivery Specialists’ policies and procedures, ensuring timely arrival.
Meet delivery deadlines as specified.
Organize packages and other materials for distribution to designated sites or individuals.
Deliver a variety of items, including residential homes, condos, senior apartment complexes, and senior facilities.
Carry out administrative tasks such as presenting invoices, completing forms, and obtaining customer signatures.
Load, unload, prepare, clean, and operate the delivery vehicle.
Collect names and signatures for all deliveries.
Return completed and legible delivery sheets daily.
Drive the vehicle safely, adhering to speed limits and traffic regulations.
Maintain cleanliness inside and outside the vehicle consistently.
Keep a record of vehicle maintenance on the company supply record sheet and report maintenance needs in writing to the Delivery and Maintenance Supervisor for repairs.
Provide assistance with facility maintenance and general duties as needed.

Duties:
Assist our sales team by generating sales orders and invoices, as well as purchase orders and invoices.
Administer bi-monthly payroll.
Process payments and handle bank deposits.
